Ok, with that established, let’s talk about culture. Culture is big. Culture is broad. And culture is hard to define. But we’ve all experienced it in different, unique ways. Every church has its own culture. So does every business, organization, and even family. Sometimes culture is healthy and great – we LOVE those kinds of environments! Other times culture is unhealthy and toxic – we can’t get out of those environments fast enough!

CULTURE IS THE EXPRESSION OF WHAT WE VALUE MOST.

 

Our culture is best described through our 10 Core Values. They are the goal - the culture we're trying to create and sustain. Are we perfect at it? No. Of course not. We get it wrong sometimes. But this is the environment we long for. It's a beautiful picture of what we want our church to look and feel like.
